3. What's the refund policy?

Payment for the event is not transferable or refundable on delegate cancellation. A substitution is welcome. In the unlikely event of organiser cancellation, a future event date will be provided. As an 'Invitation Only' event, the organisers reserve the right to refuse admission, in which case a full refund will be given. 

4. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes.

5. Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

6. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
