You can contact the Treasury Bar on 01752 672121. Alternatively you can click the link on the right hand panel of this page to email the promoters. 2) WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? Tickets purchased online are non-refundable. Tickets can be transferred to others and each ticket can only be used once and admits one. 3) DO I NEED TO PRINT OUT AND BRING A TICKET TO GET IN? You will receive an e-ticket by email as soon as you purchase your tickets. You can print it and bring that along on the night if you prefer or you can save ink & paper by showing the confirmation email you received on a mobile device or any record of your booking number (found on the email or e-ticket issued).  Ticket booking references are checked and can only be used once for the qty of guests shown on your booking. 4) WILL YOU BE SELLING TICKETS AT THE DOOR? All available tickets are usually sold out before the performance, however, we will update availability of tickets regularly via the Betamax facebook page. If there are tickets available at the door they are £8 to purchase. 5) IS THERE PARKING AT THE EVENT? IF NOT, IS THERE A NEARBY FACILITY IN WHICH TO PARK? There are various places to pay & display close to the venue. See venue map for more info. 6) IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR FREINDLY? Yes.
