HTB Carols at O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire

Holy Trinity Brompton ('HTB', data controller), the organiser of the HTB Carols at O2 Shepherd's Bush, will film and photograph the event and may use your image and share it with third parties as described in our Filming and Photography Privacy Notice, which also contains information on how to exercise your rights. If you don't want your image to be captured, please visibly wear the glowband that we will provide you with on arrival at the merchandise stand, throughout the event. No filming and photography will take place in Level 3. Security - Bag Policy: Large bags including rucksacks are not allowed. There are no facilities to leave large bags or luggage. If you really have to bring a bag - and it's preferable you don't, please make sure it's small. Only one small bag per person is permitted and it must not be bigger than A4 size.
