FAQs Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter? This venue operates a strict over 18’s policy and ID will be required. Valid Passport or Driving License is the only accepted form of ID. If you are unable to attend, your refund or transfer request will be declined. We do not provide refunds on prepaid tickets post event either. In the unlikely event of a cancellation or postponement by us, all ticket holders will be automatically refunded or transferred to a future date.
