We will be using a combination of various other supporting sound instruments that will be used to assist depening your meditation

experience to induce deep meditation and relaxation practices. Sound Journey Meditation Incorporates the use of sound which assists to

enhance meditation and relaxation, which helps to improve sleep, reduce anxiety and improve overall wellness.

No Experience Required, all ages welcome, under 16 s accompanied by a responsible adult.
