Join us for an intimate Supper Club at SMEG HQ. Hosted by The Felix Project in partnership with Chef Bettina Campolucci Bordi. Ticket proceeds will be supporting meals for the most vulnerable.
Enjoy a welcome drink and canapés on arrival, followed by three thoughtfully curated courses made from surplus ingredients donated by The Felix Project and inspired by Bettina's ethos celebrating seasonality, zero waste and the beauty of whole ingredients.
The evening will be compered by SMEG Head of Home Economics, as Mimi Phillips from the Felix Project and Chef Bettina deliver a creative, collaborative menu. Chef Bettina will share her beliefs on how food has the power to heal, connect us to our roots, and spark meaningful change in our kitchens and our planet.
