Nataraja - the cosmic dance

Sun 25 June 2017
2:30 PM - 6:00 PM

The cosmic dance of shiva is called Anandatandava, the dance of bliss. It symbolises the cosmic cycles of creation and destruction. It also symbolises the daily rhythm of birth and death. The rhythm of inhale and exhale. Come and join us for this soulful play of yoga practice to unleash your creative energy and deepen your back bend.  JC Yogi will take us through a progressive asana practice to open the heart centre and release the hips. Edina Didi will be leading you through meditations to connect to the cosmic breath and the bliss body, followed with balancing yoga nidra and relaxation. You will tap into the experience of balance between the inbreath and outbreath, the ebb and flow of contraction and expansion.  Price includes light supper at the WGT at 5.30pm Book your mats here on Eventrbite or send your payment through mobile pay to Edina on 07828591768. What previous participants have said: "Didi presents as a beautifully calm soul with a deep passion for yoga. Her and Jean-Claude Rawady ran a stunning Lakshmi workshop this weekend, complimenting one another perfectly. As well as gently guiding the physical practice Didi shared her beautiful voice for meditation and mantra - really quite enchanting... Thank you!"Danni "I have been practising yoga for some time with many different teachers but have never met a teacher like JC before. His classes are tough but still great fun. I have learned and improved so much just from doing his classes."
