Nataraja - the cosmic dance

The cosmic dance of shiva is called Anandatandava, the dance of bliss. It symbolises the cosmic cycles of creation and destruction. It also symbolises the daily rhythm of birth and death. The rhythm of inhale and exhale. Come and join us for this soulful play of yoga practice to unleash your creative energy and deepen your back bend.  JC Yogi will take us through a progressive asana practice to open the heart centre and release the hips.
