Saints' residential rugby camps will return in August 2026 for their
15th year of residential rugby camps and 8th year of girls residential
at the prestigious setting of Stowe School. The team is already in the
process of designing the perfect rugby programme and experience for
your daughter, building on the success of the 14th Year Anniversary in
2025. Inspired by our desire to nurture and develop young talent, our
team have developed a rigorous residential programme to challenge
young ambitious rugby players both on and off the field. The 5-Day
course includes 25+ coaching hours from our team of qualified and
experienced coaches, covering all elements of the game. The coaching
team will work on different themes throughout the week, from attacking
and defensive structures to handling, tackle/breakdown, and
position-specific coaching sessions during a visit from the
Loughborough Lightning squad. Training will be structured into two
sessions each day where players will get the chance to develop their
understanding of the game through a variety of activities and game
situations. The training sessions will be supported by off-field
sporting and development activities run by our coaching team, with a
focus on soft skill development alongside meeting new friends from all
over the world. Previous countries represented include Chile,
Argentina, Dubai, Hong Kong, Japan, France, Italy, Spain, Holland,
Germany, Ukraine, Cyprus, Canada, Columbia, and Bermuda. Included in
the cost of the camp: 25+ coaching hours across 5 days 5 days full bed
and board Northampton Saints gift Training session with the
Loughborough Lightning players Evening activities (to include cricket,
football, swimming) 1:1 feedback session with the coaching team.
Medical Cover: Northampton Rugby Football Club has public liability
insurance, and will provide medical support through its qualified team
of physiotherapists and first aid trained staff throughout the
duration of the camp. Any bookers from overseas territories will
receive the same care, and be able to be treated by the National
Health Service where necessary. Any injuries that require any further
treatment beyond returning overseas will not be covered, and in such
case overseas bookers will require their own medical insurance. Our
