COURSE DESCRIPTION: The workshop will provide participants with an awareness of when and how to complete notifications to the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The workshop will provide participants with an awareness of the requirements relating to the Provider Information Returns (PIR). There will be practical elements of how to complete this effectively to show the great work that you do at your service. COURSE CONTENTS: The course will cover the following: Regulations relating to Notifications Regulation 17 Good Governance How to complete notifications Requirements relating to the Provider Information Return How to complete PIRs to a good standard COURSE DURATION: 6 hours CERTIFICATION: All participants will receive a certificate of attendance IMPORTANT INFORMATION Due to the situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) it may be necessary to deliver this workshop remotely via Zoom. This will be confirmed 7 days before the workshop. If it is appropriate to deliver this workshop at a venue we will confirm the venue 7 days before. All our workshops can be delivered via Zoom if you require this workshop at a different time then please contact us to discuss your requirements. We can also offer this workshop as a bespoke service at your premises, subject to the ever changing situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
