Get ready for an exciting evening of running at the RUNTHROUGH RUN
MEDIA CITY 5K & 10k, taking place on Thursday, August 28th, 2025, in
the vibrant SALFORD, GREATER MANCHESTER! Organised by RUNTHROUGH
EVENTS, this thrilling race invites runners of all levels to
experience the stunning scenery of MEDIA CITY, starting and finishing
at its very heart.Participants will tackle a flat and fast 2.5km loop
that takes you past iconic landmarks such as the Imperial War Museum,
ITV, and BBC television studios. The 5k race features two laps, while
the 10k consists of four laps, making it perfect for both seasoned
runners and those looking to challenge themselves. With each kilometre
clearly marked and plenty of enthusiastic volunteers cheering you on,
you’ll be motivated every step of the way. Runners can look forward
to unique themed medals, free official race photos, chip-timed
results, and delicious post-race goodies. Don’t miss out on this
