Come and join me for my monthly Full Moon Women's Circle, a deeply nourishing time to slow down, connect and reflect in a welcoming space, surrounded by like-minded women.

❍ When we as women choose to gather together and share our hopes and fears in an intentional way, we give ourselves the opportunity for transformation. We are not separate from each other, through deepening our connection with ourselves and our community we can feel supported and uplifted!

⋗ ⋗ ⋗ Expect flowers, meditation, music, essential oils, self-care rituals, raw cacao, a space to let go of stress and actively spend time coming into yourself. Hosted in Frome's newest wellbeing space - a gorgeous, cosy townhouse on Catherine Hill - Catherine House.
