FREE outdoor exercise classes for SCL members. Whilst our leisure
centres are still closed due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we want to help
you continue your fitness journey with us by offering a programme of
classes outdoors across Salford's parks and open spaces.
Please meet at the Pavilion, next to the tennis courts. The nearest
entry point to the park is the Rutland Road entrance.
All classes are FREE and ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT SCL MEMBERS. You
will need to provide your Member ID at checkout. Don't know your
Member ID? Email marie.leather@scll.co.uk.
Numbers are restricted, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
CLASS PROGRAMME
* SPRINT* - 30 minute HIIT session on a station bike.
* BOOT CAMP - A great session for aerobic, strength training, with a
dash of speed training added in. An overall fantastic session that
trims and tones.
* PUSH & LIFT - Kick back and enjoy this strength and conditioning
class that uses barbells for a complete body workout.
* LEGS, BUMS & TUMS - Does exactly what it says on the tin, hit those
legs, bums and tums!
* TRIM & TONE - Working with body weight and a variety of activities
to trim and tone your body.
* BORN TO MOVE - Fun, active sessions for children aged 5-7 years
