The 4 week therapeutic art course is designed to help young people learn a range of unique technqiues to help take steps towards achieving their desired future goals.
Below is a breakdown of each week
Week 1 - Using therapeutic art to overcome emotional baggage
Week 2 - Using therapeutic art and pychology to understand achievements of the past, present and future
Week 3 - Learn to create affirmations and use them in art to help create a positive mindset
Week 4 - Create a small vision board to take steps towards future aspirations
I am qualifed secondary school teacher of more than 10 years, with a diploma in mindfulness and colour therapy and I have been studying therapeutic life coaching.
