After learning the importance and process of making quality shmurah matzah, children will jump into the Matzah Mill, where they’ll master the art of threshing, winnowing, and grinding their own flour. Then, the competition heats up! Teams will race against the clock in a high-stakes battle to create the perfect matzah, judged on shape, thinness, and crunch. With the title of Ultimate Matzah Masters on the line, who will rise to the challenge—Team Red or Blue? Only the Judges’ Table can decide! Once the heat settles, children will get creative at the Afikomen Design Studio, where they’ll design their own stunning Afikomen bags, dazzled with gold leaf to make their seder tables shine.
