WOMEN IN THE ARCHIVES_Buried in Belfast Workshop Programme_   The Linen Hall Library and the Public Record Office of Northern Ireland (PRONI) are bringing forward female voices from the archives through an exciting programme of exhibitions, events and workshops.   Registration is now open for our seven-week _Buried in Belfast Workshop Programme_. * Take part in specially designed tours of Milltown and Belfast City Cemeteries and uncover hidden histories...  * Get a behind-the-scenes tour of PRONI and a women’s tour of the Linen Hall Library... * Develop skills in historical & archival research, story mapping and tour guiding...  * Interrogate history, the art of writing & tour guiding... * Develop trail maps and self-guided tours that showcase the lives of ordinary and extraordinary women... * Leave your story for future generations... Workshop Details: Programme is open to all genders and backgrounds Duration: 7 Weeks (23 Jan-07 Mar 2019) - Wed (Group 1) or Thurs (Group 2) PLEASE BOOK A TICKET FOR EITHER THE WEDNESDAY GROUP OR THE THURSDAY GROUP DEPENDING ON WHICH DAY OF THE WEEK IT SUITS YOU TO ATTEND. Time: 9.30am-1.30pm Costs: This is a free workshop programme and places are limited. Early booking is recommended.  Women in the Archives is part of the Making The Future Project.  Making the Future is a project supported by the European Union's PEACE IV Programme, managed by the Special EU Progamme's Body (SEUPB).
