Introduction
The focus of the Ulster Rugby Skills Schools is on developing the skills and abilities of existing mini rugby players. The content and delivery of these camps has been developed to ensure that players have access to the latest training techniques to enable them to improve their individual performance in a progressive manner. Previous playing experience is essential in attending this camp. Ulster Rugby Skills Schools are player-centric with delivery by our coaches directed to the needs of the participants. Development of the player's technical and tactical understanding is supported through the use of small-sided games throughout the camp and participants will also be introduced to individual and unit skills.
Rugby Modules
The rugby activities across the 2 sessions will include the core rugby skills of rugby required by all to participate within the game. These skills will form the foundation of every camp and will be supported with the development of players’ tactical understanding of the game.
