LIGHTBULB IS A STUDENT INNOVATION CHALLENGE, where you will compete over three consecutive days to come up with new ideas and form them into business concepts. On the first two days, there will be ADVICE STALLS AND BUSINESS MENTORS AVAILABLE on hand, to support you with shaping and polishing ideas.LIGHTBULB WILL SWITCH ON THE SPIRIT OF CREATIVITY, problem-solving and INNOVATION RIGHT IN THE HEART OF CAMPUS, in the OLD SENATE ROOM. What’s more, there are absolutely no barriers to entry - no annoying paperwork, no bureaucracy, no business plans required. You can TURN UP AND REGISTER ON THE FIRST DAY. All you need is: - enthusiasm - ideas - ABERDEEN Uni student ID - 5 hours to spare on a Wednesday (and Thursday + Friday, if you get through to the semi-final + final) - Someone to pair up with you (but we'll match you with someone if you don't have a pair at registration) ------------------------- ------------------------- There'll be a range of FUN, ENGAGING ACTIVITIES to show you different ways to innovate and help your ideas make an impact. What's more, there will be DELICIOUS FREE FOOD provided over the course of three days - snacks, mains, tea and coffee, we have it all! Enterprise doesn't have to mean barriers or paperwork.
