The food system is one of the big contributors to our carbon footprint, and at the same time its continued ability to provide reliable and cheap food is profoundly vulnerable to climate change. We need to change to a system that is more sustainable and more resilient. But how? Come and hear about the challenges and the opportunities that face us globally and in the North East of Scotland.
