James Roy, Conservation Accredited Architect
James is a Director of Aberdeen City Heritage Trust and has a career that has included researching and working on many traditionally constructed buildings. James presentation will take in the history of development of the Aberdeen Tenement and highlight a range of maintenance issues often found on this common traditional building type.
Craig Wilson, Robert Gordon University
Craig is a Director of Aberdeen City Heritage Trust and lectures in Building Surveying at Robert Gordon University. He has a particular interest in built heritage and has held a number of trustee and committee roles in the heritage sector across the UK. Craig's presentation will focus on maintenance considerations on traditionally constructed pre-1919 building stock.
