Kids and Teens Self Defense Class

SKMS is running kids' and TEENS' SELF-DEFENSE CLASSES - even during school holidays!The classes are split to two age groups 5-10 and 11-15, running simultaneously on Saturday mornings, 9-10am. The classes for both age groups focus on self-confidence building, social skills, and teaching emotional, mental and physical self-defense techniques, through games, role-playing age-appropriate scenarios in pairs or small groups that they might experience during their everyday life and preparing them for future scenarios that they might come across - but hopefully won't! This is the skill you want your child to have but hope they never have to use it. The class will help kids and teens communicate their needs better and support their mental health.
