Running daily from 9 AM to 3 PM, with morning and afternoon sessions available, our camps are designed to keep kids active, engaged, and entertained throughout their HOLIDAYS. ð Camp Dates: 14th, 15th & 16th April. ð Times: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Morning & Afternoon Sessions Available) WHAT’S INCLUDED? ð« NERF Battles – Gear up for thrilling TEAM battles! ð Body Zorbing – Bounce, roll, and have a blast in inflatable suits. â½ Football/Sports Tournaments – Skill sessions & exciting matches! ð¨ Arts & Crafts – Get creative with hands-on projects. ð¤ Team Building Games – Collaborate & compete in fun challenges. ð Fun Fitness Challenges – Can you beat the beep test? ð² Board Games, Chess & More – Strategy & fun combined! 𧲠Magnetic Building Blocks – Construct and create! IMPORTANT INFO: â Drop-off sessions supervised by PVG-checked, First Aid-trained leaders. â Parents & carers are welcome to stay in the venue, but not inside the hall during sessions. â Children should arrive on time to avoid disrupting the safety briefing. â What to bring? - Comfortable clothing suitable for running and playing. - A drink and snack for all sessions. - Packed lunch if attending for the full day. - Own NERF blaster (optional). - A device for breaks (optional). ð Indoor Venue! All of our sessions are drop off. We will have your emergency contact details on hand in the unlikely event that we need to contact you. Parents and Carers are welcome to stay in the venue during our sessions, however we ask that you do not remain directly in the hall as it can serve as a big distraction during supervised safety talks and breaks. For the same reason please try to arrive on time so as not to interrupt the initial safety briefing. Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for running around and playing in. Children should brind a drink and snack with them for camp and wear comfortable clothing suitable for running around. Camps will take place indoors! Children can take their own NERF blasters for sessions and a device to be used ON BREAKS if they want to. Children who are attending for a FULL DAY should bring a packed lunch, snacks and plenty to drink! We understand that plans can change, so please review our cancellation policy below: - Cancellation by Attendee: - Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 5 days prior to the event start date, you will receive a full refund. - Transfer of Tickets: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event start date are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your tickets to another person by notifying EQ Sport via email with the new attendee’s details. - Sickness: In the event of sickness, your tickets can be used towards a future event. Please provide appropriate documentation of your illness and contact us via email for assistance with rescheduling. - Booking Fees: - Please note that booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. - Cancellation by EQ Sport: - If EQ Sport has to cancel the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund including booking fees.
