Gareth Laheen is a breathwork facilitator and ecstatic dance DJ from the west of Ireland, and the founder of Ecstatic Breath — a unique fusion of conscious connected breath, movement, and music. After years immersed in Galway’s club scene, Gareth chose a path of sobriety and deeper connection, leading him to discover the liberating power of breath and conscious dance. His DJ sets draw on Celtic, ambient, tribal, and deep house influences, creating an immersive sonic field where breath and rhythm meet. His sessions are an invitation to explore your body, clear emotional blockages, and return to the clarity and aliveness of your inner self.

Astrid Jansen (Holistic Aquila) is a somatic and holistic therapist from Edinburgh, offering embodied sound journeys that gently guide you back home to your body and breath. With a deeply trauma‑informed lens—grounded in somatic therapy, Reiki, shamanic practice, and sound healing—Astrid holds an integrative, nourishing space where release, presence, and healing can unfold. Her work offers a compassionate invitation to pause, relax, and reconnect with your innate wholeness.
