Because no one wants to be out pedalling their bike in the dark or
drizzle, come on in and take a spin at our FREE INDOOR CYCLING
CLASSES! 4 X FEBRUARY INDOOR WINTER TRAINING SESSIONS IMPORTANT: These
Indoor Winter Training sessions will occur weekly on Tuesdays from 3
March - 17 March. By booking onto this event, your name will be
automatically put down for all 4 sessions.

For best results, we recommend attending all 4 sessions as listed
above.
WHAT WE'LL DO
Indoor Winter Cycling Training sessions are an effective way to build
your cardio and strength, improving your fitness over the winter
months so you can 'spring' into action when the better weather
arrives!
Bikes will be mounted onto Turbo Trainers and you'll ride with a small
group led by a cycle instructor, at your own pace by setting the
resistance level to suit your level of fitness.
Draw on the group's energy and ride in time to the beat of your
favourite workout tunes whilst watching a large projected video of a
local ride.
The training will end in a Spring-time 'graduation ride' - a led group
cycle in the great outdoors!
WHAT WE'LL PROVIDE
You'll have access to our bikes which will be mounted onto Turbo
Trainers.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU
Indoor Winter Cycling Training can be done in normal comfortable/gym
clothes and shoes, so no specialised cycling gear is required. Cycling
shorts will make the ride more comfortable but they’re not
essential. We'd recommend bringing a bottle of water with you.
HOW TO FIND US
Young Enterprise Scotland (YES) facilities are in the same area of
Rouken Glen Park as NDT Cycling's bike workshop. Parking facilities
are available at Rouken Glen Garden Centre and it's a short walk
