Blues taster class followed by Swing social dancing

Fancy giving Blues a try? Edinbop offers a taster class of this dance (family), with its deep roots in African-American culture and emphasis on improvisation and connection between the dance partners and the music. The class will be taught by Alex White and Greg Dyke.

Our class runs from 19:15 to 20:15 followed by Swing social dancing until 22:00, suitable for dancing Lindy, Blues, Balboa, Collegiate Shag, Slow Balboa and more.

The class (incl. social) costs £8/£6.40, the social on its own is £3/£2.40. Pay at the door by card or cash.

We will also have taster dance classes in Balboa, Collegiate Shag and Slow Balboa on 07, 21 and 28 August respectively - all followed by Swing social dancing!
