6 intensive days of Kids Yoga teacher training - Inspired by Waldorf
Pedagogy and ATB (Awareness Through the Body). The main objective of
the training will be to help children increase their capacity for
attention, concentration, and relaxation, promote self-awareness and
responsibility and cultivate the values of cooperation,
solidarity, non-violent communication and patience. To achieve this,
we will put ourselves at the feet of children, exploring practical
exercises, games and tools.
