Under the Buildings Ordinance (BO), a Registered General Building Contractor (RGBC) or a Registered Specialist Contractor (RSC) should provide continuous supervision for carrying out building or street works in accordance with the Safety Supervision Plan. Every Registered Contractor (RC) must appoint AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES TO ACT FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE BO, and the appointed representative is commonly known as the “Authorized Signatory” (AS). He has all-rounded experience specializing in project and construction management, engineering and surveying as well as property development in respect of residential, office and commercial premises. He is currently the Director of Kim Hung Construction & Engineering Co., Ltd. responsible for overseeing the construction operation and property development of the company. Over the years, he has been actively serving the community and construction industry by participating in different boards, committees and panels regarding sustainable construction industry of Hong Kong.
