COURSE DESCRIPTION
Smart robot and Car are a very important part of our day-to-day life,
and as technology has been evolving, so have our robots and vehicles.
This workshop shows students how to code and construct their own smart
robot cars that intelligently steer around obstacles and fundamentals
concept of electronics and motors. Learning how to program and wire
an Arduino is an invaluable skill that is used in all sorts of modern
robotics.
_DAY 1 - __INTRODUCTION TO CODING & ELECTRONICS_
- Learn Basic Coding & Electronics
Controlling Motors
_DAY 2 - DESIGN _
- Design a vehicle with Cardboard or Recycle Bottle
Construct a vehicle with limited resources
_DAY 3 -__ USING SENSORS AND PROBLEM SOLVING_
- Introduction to Distance Sensor (Ultrasonic sensor)
Using distance sensor and decision making
Application of Distance Sensor
_DAY 4 - PUTTING ALL TOGETHER_
- Coding for Object detection / Object avoidance
IN THIS COURSE, STUDENTS WILL LEARN:
- Develop logical thinking & Problem solving skills
- Understand the fundamental of electronics, motors and physic behind
it
- Learn how to do coding
- Using motors and servos
- Creating with Cardboard & Recycled Materials
