SUP yoga is just what it sounds like – yoga on a stand up
paddleboard! Combine the SUP with asanas (poses), and you’ll get a
fun and strong challenge with lots of laughter! Yoga on a paddleboard
not only challenges the physical practice by incorporating a strong
sense of balance, but also brings in the mental challenge of focus,
release, and tenacity. During this active and crazy fun, SUP yoga
holiday spend a week in a villa situated on the island of Vis with
breath-taking views over the sea, practice SUP and land yoga, explore
