This 50-hour teacher training will prepare you to step deeper into the
world of Aerial practice, a style of yoga that carries firm
foundations of traditional Iyengar yoga knowledge. You will meet the
practice from the perspective of a teacher, deepen its understanding,
characteristics, and the art of creating a yoga class. After
completing level 1, you can start your own classes and bring joy,
