Hell and Back is firmly established as Ireland's toughest and most popular endurance challenge, enjoyed by hundreds of competitors from a number of levels each year from around Ireland and abroad. Taking place on the stunning grounds of Kilruddery House in Bray, County Wicklow, Hell and Back combines stunning landscapes with a fiendish obstacle course that will test even the fittest athletes. There are two sets of races taking place in June and in October, with a variety of levels of ability and ages catered for.
