About PENCH NATIONAL PARK

Pench National Park is one of the biggest national parks of India, Located in the Umaria district of Madhya Pradesh, India. The park also has its mention in the famous story of 1894, ‘The Jungle Book’, penned down by the renowned English Author Rudyard Kipling. The story was worldwide applauded, and hence, the national park became one of the popular national parks in the world in the 1970s and also a prominent tourist attraction in India. Since then, every year oodles of wildlife buffs flock to this place just to spot the famous characters of the book, Akela (The Indian Wolf), Raksha (the female Wolf), Baloo (Sloth Bear), and the vicious SherKhan (Royal Bengal Tiger).

Sprawls over a massive area of 758 sq km, including the core area, Pench National Park has a rich wildlife which proffers visitors an opportunity to indulge into one of the finest wildlife experiences in India. Since its inception in 1965 as a wildlife sanctuary, the park has serving as the cozy nest of numerous wild creatures including the Royal Bengal tiger, jackal, peafowl, wild dog, wild boar, sloth bear, Indian leopard, fox, striped hyena, monkey, gaur, barking deer, four-horned antelope, Indian wolf, and more such enthralling species. However, later in the year 1975 and 1992, the sanctuary got the recognition of national park and tiger reserve, respectively.

Itinerary:

Day 1:

• Assembly in Nagpur Station/Airport and meet your travel partner.
• Enjoy journey from Nagpur to Pench national park in AC private car.
• A warm reception with a welcome drink and Check-in to comfortable rooms with our hospitality partner.
• Keep your luggage, freshen up and let’s gather for Lunch to taste the Pench’s best delicacies.
• Your gypsy is waiting for your 1st safari experience of this season and here the adventure begins…
• Post Safari, back to resort & relax.
• Time for exchange of thoughts and experience sharing session before dinner.
• Pench cuisines welcome you again for another amazing food trip.
• Tiring yet thrilling day, pause yourself for a Good Night Sleep.

Day 2:

• Good Morning, another action-packed day, So Lights, Camera… Jungle…
• Wake up and get ready for your 2nd safari.
• Start for your 2nd safari experience in your open Gypsy. (We might not carry breakfast on safari so that we can spend more time in Jungle)
• After 2nd safari ends, have breakfast [if you didn’t carry in the jeep back to Hotel.
• Have a proper Breakfast and relax yourself.
• Fresh n up & take a power nap to keep you charged up for next Safari.
• Before 3rd Safari Let’s catchup for Lunch, post lunch gets into the Gypsy for another wildlife experience.
• I am sure till this time you will realize that every time Jungle is more beautiful & different.
• Complete the 3rd Safari and come back to resort.
• This night your experience is in different level and you may have many things to discuss about the jungle.
• So, let’s meet and share each other’s feelings about Jungle & wildlife.
• Time to review images if required, exchange of notes on the jungle.
• After a long day, very hungry so let’s join for dinner.
• Post dinner, may want to take a short walk and back to your room.
• Lights off and here 2nd day completed.

Day 3:

• Get-up & start early morning for your 4th Jungle Safari.
• Study nature, love nature, stay close to nature. It will never fail you. This jungle book will keep amazing you.
• Really hard to say bye at this point, this beauty of jungle and this open Gypsy Safari will definitely be your one of the best diary moments.
• Complete the morning safari freshen up yourself, have a complete breakfast and take a quick nap before Lunch.
• Finish your Lunch and Start your journey by train or flight as per your convenience and reach safely to your home location.
• Looks you had amazing time with us… Hope you have taken enough memories to make your Friends & colleagues Jealous…

Journey concludes and we bid Goodbye to the wild with Happy Memories!!!

• Pickup and Drop from Nagpur to Nagpur by AC Private Car.

Exclusions:

• Transfer from Origin City and back
• Meals during the train/flight journey
• Lens/Camera charges (If renting)
• Any orders, laundry’s or phone calls.
• Any porter charges, tips and gratitude.
• Anything other than which is not mentioned in above Inclusion.

• Carry a big cloth / bandanna / scarf / Cap / Sunglasses to protect you from the dust
• Please carry medicines if you need any
• Sunscreens, Enerzyl Powder or Glucon D Powder
• Snacks & Biscuits
• Binoculars & Camera (Optional)

Please note that train or flight tickets can be arranged on request. The fare is not included in the tour cost and will have to be paid separately.
