- an Introduction to BUDDHISM COURSE, led by Venerable Gyalten
RabtenThis is an introductory course that provides a general overview
of basic Buddhist principles and concepts for complete beginners.
In this final session, topics to be covered:
Instruction and practice on counting the breath meditation
A brief summary of the four Noble Truths
Explanation on the Noble Eightfold Path and how to practice the path
in our daily lives
There will be a short break in between where tea and snacks will be
provided. All are welcome!
The course will be conducted by Venerable Gyalten Rabten. Born and
raised in Singapore, Venerable Rabten is one of our senior teachers at
CKSL from the Sera Jey Monastery in Bylakuppe (Karnataka).
