62 thousand people gathered in Piazza Duomo and ran through the streets of Milan: a blue wave that enjoyed a day of sport and togetherness. The half marathon also set a record with 8.000 participants competing in an unprecedented 21 km route from Piazza Castello. All the runners finally came together at the famous “Arco della Pace” for a moment of relax, fun and entertainment thanks to the acrobatic exhibition of the Carabinieri Sports Centre Parachutists who jumped from a helicopter, landing to the enthusiasm and amazement of the participants.
