Description Combine the fat blasting principles of cross-training and
high intensity interval training. Explore all aspects of functional
fitness from muscular strength, endurance, coordination, and body
composition. Beginners will learn proper movement and form, while
experienced students will find added strength and endurance through
plyometrics. Modifications given as needed, class is appropriate for
all levels. (KD) In accordance with CDC Guidelines and Governor
Pritzkers Executive Order, face masks are required indoors for all
individuals age 2 & up, regardless of vaccination status. Face
coverings must be worn at all times while inside a Park District
