Carbon Credit Project Development: VCS and Gold Standard is a 3-day practical training for professionals who want to understand how carbon credit projects move from idea to issued credits.

Participants learn how carbon projects are designed and registered under the Verified Carbon Standard (VCS) and Gold Standard, including methodology selection, baseline setting, additionality, monitoring plans, validation and verification, and credit issuance.

The training is designed for project developers, NGOs, government officers, investors, consultants and sustainability professionals working on climate projects across Africa. Sessions combine expert instruction with practical case studies and group exercises. Participants receive a CPD certificate on completion.
