Janušs Goliks (1953) ir Polijas mākslas lepnums. Mākslinieks ir Polijas Republikas Senāta pasludinātā Polijas Demokrātijas gada (2009) logotipa autors. Ar izcilību beidzis Varšavas Mākslas akadēmiju (prof. Henrika Tomaševska plakātu darbnīcu), kopš 1978.gada vada personīgo grafikas dizaina studiju "GRAFIK Janusz Golik". Mākslinieks ir autors vitrāžu altārim, kurš 2006.gada maijā tika uzstādīts Pilsudska laukumā Varšavā pāvesta Benedikta XVI vizītes laikā. Radījis grafisko dizainu Aleksandrova kora turnejai pa ASV. Januša Golika darbi atrodami mākslas kolekcijās visā pasaulē. Januša Golika izstāde Rīgā būs skatāma līdz februāra beigām.   JANUSZ GOLIK – The artist was born in 1953 in Warsaw. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and received a diploma with distinction from prof. Henryk Tomaszewski’s poster studio. Janusz Golik developed artistically under the guidance of outstanding artists and the Academy of Fine Arts professors such as: Leon Michalski, Eugeniusz Markowski, Teresa Pągowska, Maciej Urbaniec, and Henryk Tomaszewski. Since 1978 he has been the owner-manager of the Graphic Arts Studio called GRAFIK-Janusz Golik. The Studio specializes in functional graphics. Some of the biggest and most highly regarded projects of Janusz Golik included the design of the stained glass composition for the altar that was erected at pl. Piłsudskiego in Warsaw for the visit of Pope Benedykt XVI in May 2006. The artist designed the complete visual identification and graphic art for the tour of the famous Russian Alexandrov Ensemble Choir in the USA (billboards, posters, brochures and advertisements) – the concerts were held in Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center in New York in years 2004-2005. Janusz Golik designed the logo of the Year of Polish Democracy proclaimed by the Polish Senate in 2009. In 2007 he opened his own gallery “Galeria van Golik” in Saska Kępa, an old and ‘artistic’ neighbourhood in Warsaw. There he showcases works of great contemporary artists. n 2013 he had a solo exibition in Agija Sūna Art Gallery in capital of Latvia, Riga.
