White Cane Community Day 2018

White Cane Community Day by Guide Dogs Singapore Ltd (GDS) comes to Toa Payoh Hub Atrium this year! Join us on 8 September (Saturday) from 10.30am - 8.30pm to meet guide dogs, celebrate the abilities and successes of people with visual impairment and have fun with us! This year's event sees the introduction of more activities like white cane and guide dog demonstrations. Other highlights include exciting experiential activities, such as simulated activities of daily living, obstacle course blindfold walks, free eye check-ups, a bouncing castle and carnival-style games. The event is free and open to the public. Participants stand the chance to receive a goodie bag and win lucky draw prizes throughout the day upon completion of certain games stations (while stocks last).
