This programme aims to understand the importance of systematic capturing of experiences and lessons to assist in organisational performance, use of appropriate techniques to produce knowledge assets and to become a Knowledge Capture champion.

Why: To strengthen technical cross-cutting skills to allow for high-quality knowledge sharing and learning.

Duration: 2-day interactive workshop
This programme is suitable for knowledge champions and change agents of public and
private organisations.
