The only constant is CHANGE! The premises on which companies operate
CHANGES CONSTANTLY, which require companies to adapt and CHANGE
ACCORDINGLY TO ENSURE THEIR EXISTENCE AND SUCCESS.
A much too high percentage of changes fail. The reason is usually that
we do not know what is at stake in the organization, or that we are
unable to change others’ perception of change. Something which
might be a minor change for some, could be a revolution to others.
Game of Change is created to dress organizations with the mental and
emotional awareness, connection and energy that successful change
requires. The overall philosophy is that good change management is
about providing fellowship to the change and to ensure that there is
knowledge and understanding of potential resistance reactions in the
change process.
