Payments Industry Session

ACCESS will be co-organising an industry session for the Payment Service Act with Linklaters and SFA.  FIRST SESSION: PAYMENT SERVICES ACT 101 Linklaters will give an overview of the Payment Services Act 2019, with focus on the regulation of Digital Payment Token services and Anti-Money Laundering measures under the Act.
