Rojak or Rujak is a traditional fruit and vegetable salad dish
commonly found in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. The term rojak
also means “mixture” or “eclectic mix” in colloquial Malay.
In this workshop you will learn from scratch on how to make Indonesian
rujak. Whether you’re curious about its taste or would like to make
them at home, do join us for an afternoon of fun!
