Tik Tok – you know the short-form mobile video platform where Gen Zs
and millennials try the cool (and not-so-cool) trends – is
releasing its first-ever, regular weekend livestream: #StayAtHome
Live! Specials . Besides schooling users about social responsibility,
it also showcases some uplifting entertainment such as acoustic music
performances, talk shows and even cooking shows by local celebs to
keep spirits up. Debuting on April 3 at 9pm, the first livestream
features with Desmond Koh, Zong Zijie, Gavin Teo and Kimberly Chia
discussing the current situation and performing some songs, as well as
indoor challenges that users can join in. It then continues the next
day at 8pm with a special dessert-making workshop by star chef Dato’
Fazley Yaakob – perfect for your sweet tooth. Set your alarms, head
to the discovery page on the app and tune in via the #StayAtHome
Live! banner.
