RESTORATIVE YOGA is a relatively new kind of practice that addresses
effectively the ills of our fast-paced society. In this deeply
RELAXING STYLE OF YOGA, poses are held for 5 to 10 minutes and your
body is completely supported by various props. You thus feel
comfortable enough to completely “let go” of tensions held in your
muscular, emotional and energetic bodies. It may prove challenging to
some people but it’s definitely accessible to all. During and after
this healing practice, you will feel nourished, balanced, grounded and
peaceful.This special class will last 2 hours and will be all about
practice. Laurence will guide you into several poses, help you
position props appropriately, introduce some ways to relax more
efficiently and offer lots of care, space and silence for you to move
in.
