Journey Into The Forest - An Immersive Sound Healing Experience

A relaxing sound bath to improve your overall well being; to feel rejuvenated and inspired once again.

Sound bath is a unique experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various healing instruments, such as drums, singing bowls, chimes, rainsticks, and even the human voice. It helps you achieve a state of relaxation, and move through blockages (as our body is made up of on average 60% water). I like to call it sonic massage. It has also been known to help with anxiety, stress release, sleep disorder, pain, and more.

This event is indoor. Combining shinrin yoku and sound healing, you will be guided into an immersive sonic experience, a journey into the forest. Focusing on your 5 senses, with the intention to build a deeper connection, to move emotions, and to thrill the heart.

All you need to do is to rest comfortably on your mat, fully relaxed, allowing yourself to 'switch off' as you enjoy the experience. We will end with a sharing circle.

Sound bath will be facilitated by Adelynn, the founder of Soul Happy People, who is also a Multi Instrument Sound Artist. 

She believes that Happiness and Healing starts from the heart. Her aim is to bring forth the message that Life is about experiences and you too can make this journey beautiful.

Holding a safe space for you to connect, to discover something new about yourself, notice what makes you feel good, to gain clarity, and heal through Rest. Do

- Water

- Shawl / blanket/ towel for keeping warm during sound bath

- Yoga mat (optional)

- A towel to place on the mat (optional)

- Eye mask / face towel (optional)

- Neck pillow (optional)

Note: There will be no refund once payment is made. If you couldn’t make it on that day, you may transfer it to a friend.

 This is a mask on event, to be in line with the regulations, all participants must be fully vaccinated.
