CAN I UPDATE MY REGISTRATION INFORMATION?
Yes. To update your registration information, simply email
info@asic.org.uk with a copy of your booking confirmation email and
the details of what you require to be changed. ASIC will do what we
can to get this amended.
IS MY REGISTRATION FEE OR TICKET TRANSFERRABLE?
Yes. The registration fee is transferrable; although ASIC does require
you to inform us of any name change or delegate change you wish this
to apply to immediately and prior to the CONFERENCE STARTING. To do
this simply email info@asic.org.uk
IS IT OK IF THE NAME ON MY TICKET OR REGISTRATION DOESN'T MATCH THE
PERSON WHO ATTENDS?
No, the name on the ticket and registration must match the person
attending. To amend delegate details please email info@asic.org.uk
prior to the conference beginning.

Yes. ASIC requires all conference delegates to show their printed
ticket on arrival for each day of the conference.

Refunds will be issued up to 7 days prior to the start of the
conference. After this date, no refunds will be issued.

HOW DO I BOOK FOR THE INSPECTOR TRAINING ON 15TH NOVEMBER?
Please submit your C.V. to Mrs Liesle Hattan, Executive General
Manager at liesleh@asic.org.uk for consideration by the ASIC
management team. After consideration you may be invited to attend the
training during the optional third day (15th) after the conference.

HOW DO I BOOK FOR AN ASIC SURGERY SLOT ON 15TH NOVEMBER?
Further details of how to book a surgery will be provided on your
booking confirmation.
Please note: there are no additional costs for the surgeries provided
on the third day and all information given by either the ASIC team or
the delegates will be subject to the ASIC code of ethics.
