Low self-CONFIDENCE IS SEEING ONESELF AS INADEQUATE, unacceptable,
unworthy, unlovable, and incompetent. These beliefs create negative,
self-critical thoughts that affect our behavior and our life choices,
often lowering our self-CONFIDENCE EVEN FURTHER.Using the tools of
energy and mindfulness, we can learn to look at situations, other
people and ourselves objectively, without the negative influence of
the past and with the awareness that we always have a choice.
Join us for this Esoteric Study Session as we talk about self
confidence and how to improve it.
The session is followed by a heart warming meditation on Twin Hearts.
