Tantra de-conditioning is a rapid way to transcend unconscious shame and regain innocence
Sex is natural. Shame is not. This workshop gives you the opportunity to transcend old conditioning through tantra. You’ll also learn how to move energy through your bodies to deepen your intimate practice.
Gateway to your true nature
Unnatural ‘feelings’ like shame and guilt are often deeply rooted in our mental and physical system. In this clothes-on Level 1 workshop we use tantra as a gateway to our true, innocent and playful nature. This approach is deeply transformative as sex is the most direct pathway to the nervous system.
Playing with energy
In this workshop you also learn how to run energy through your spine. Playing with energy can give a whole new dimension to your bedroom play. Once you’re able to build up the energy, you can experience much deeper orgasms, especially when you stop having contracting peak orgasm. You can also use the stored up energy in more productive ways, such as fulfilling your life purpose.
Empower yourself
To really transform old patterns, it’s important that you only do what you feel comfortable doing and with whom you feel comfortable doing it with. We invite you to express your longings and to respect your boundaries. Empower yourself by taking 100% responsibility for yourself.
This entry level is open for everyone; singles, couples, monogamous, open, poly or otherwise, and open to all kinds of gender. All orientations are welcome.

Tantra Advanced: Where theory becomes clothes-off practice
In this workshop you’ll learn how to transform lust and energies into fully conscious art forms. De-armouring of the body and genitals will help the energy to flow more freely through your body. Get ready to turn tantric practices into spiritual revelation.
De-armouring
Most of us have energy or even physical contractions stored in our bodies. In Level 1 (tantra deconditioning) we work with body de-armouring to remove some of these blockages and to get the energy running through the spine. In this clothes-off follow-up workshop, we heal our bodies by working with the physical contractions stored in the muscles of the vagina/cervix and the anus. The de-armouring releases these tensions and restores the sensibility to a natural state, giving you full access to your pleasure and opening up the body for new kinds of orgasms and deeper intimate experiences.
Sex and spirituality
Clothesoff practices in a safe setting allows a deep self-acceptance of ourselves as sexual beings. In this setting you will learn how to play with energy on deeper levels, and how to get from goal-orientated ‘friction only’ intercourse to making love in bliss for hours. While including your darker energies you’ll get liberating glimpses of truly expanded awareness.
Practice in a safe setting
You will have the opportunity to practice either privately with yourself or lover or in the group. You only do what feels good for you and you don’t have to practice with anyone you don’t feel attracted to. Taking full responsibility for yourself is part of the learnings in this workshop.

Passed Tantra deconditioning Level 1. For singles, couples, monogamous, open, poly or otherwise, and open to all kinds of gender. All orientations are welcome.

You will need to have demonstrated a solid level of maturity and self-responsibility towards yourself and others during level 1 to qualify for level 2. Paying and applying for this half does not entitle automatic acceptance. No one is automatically accepted.
We will use the wisdom of the circle and decide as a group how deep and the direction of the course. You will be 100% responsible for your own safety, comfort level and self-respect…. and of others. There is a natural space to allow intense feelings and emotions to arise in this deep yogic clearing process. No victim-blaming of others or the group will be accepted as it will stop the process for the larger group.
We work together to realise that we are 100% responsible for our own happiness and not look to change others behaviours to make us happy. You will be strongly encouraged to only ever do what feels right to you and never disempower yourself.
