Join me for these morning MEDITATION CLASSES SO THE REST OF YOUR DAY IS EXPERIENCED FROM A PLACE OF RELAXATION. An introduction to mindfulness and MEDITATION SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS AND THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY BEEN INTRODUCED TO THESE PRACTICES. In these sessions we will explore different MEDITATION TECHNIQUES WHICH ALLOWS ONE TO BE MORE CALM AND PRESENT IN THE DAILY LIFE. Gentle, effective techniques that help you ease into states of RELAXATION, serenity, insight and creativity. Carefully guided practices of silent sitting, ways of breathing, walking MEDITATION, gentle movement, sounds, mantra, and visualization to relax, renew, and release. The secret key to access a self-sustained source of inspiration that allows us to travel the path to the realization of our full potential. -------- Wednesdays and Fridays 7:45am - 8:45am -------- Drop-in classes ($10 cash on door) Please book the class on Yoga Ground.
