Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama,
Auckland. This course, new for 2019, runs on Sunday 18 August 2019 10
AM - 1:30 PM. Tutor: Prateek Sharma Learn the secret of making the
perfect roast every time, whether it be a whole lamb shoulder, or a
whole chicken. Discover the right roasting time, temperature plus side
dishes that create a mouth-watering meal for family and friends. The
course fee includes all ingredients and you'll get to enjoy the food
afterward. Take the guesswork and uncertainty out of roasting and
learn the secret of making the perfect roast every time. We'll cook
lamb and chicken and you'll discover the best temperature and
duration. Prateek will teach side dishes that are bound to be hits,
creating an exquisite roast for friends or family. Once the roasts are
ready, you'll enjoy the fabulous food prepared. What to bring: Apron,
tea towel and a container (in case there are leftovers). All
ingredients ($24) are included within the course fee and you'll get to
eat and enjoy your food once cooked. Our mission is to provide quality
