you. An introduction to mindfulness and meditation suitable for
beginners and those who have already been introduced to these
practices. In these sessions we will explore different meditation
techniques which allows one to be more calm and present in the daily
life. Gentle, effective techniques that help you ease into states of
relaxation, serenity, insight and creativity. Carefully guided
practices of silent sitting, ways of breathing, walking meditation,
sounds, mantra, and visualization to relax, renew, and release. The
